Veracity Credit Consultants Review
Veracity Credit Consultants AKA Veracity Credit Repair is a credit repair company that opened in 1998. It has a variety of packages for a customer to sign up for to repair their credit. The pricing starts at $69 to sign up and $49 a month afterwards.
They process seems to entail getting your credit reports, setting up your account, and then sending letters to the credit bureaus and creditors. Some of the packages include some educational pieces like tutorials but not all of them.
The company has an A from the Better Business Bureau with only 18 complaints. Most of the complaints have to do with issues surrounding the service but they are all resolved. There is also a new Government Action against this company in Colorado saying that they are violating the Credit Repair Organizations Act and other Colorado laws that protect customers. This lawsuit is still in process.
I would wait to see how the lawsuit pans out before signing up. Otherwise their record appears clean.
