Trinity Credit Services is based in McKinney Texas and has been doing business since 1996. From their website, it is hard to tell exactly what their business model is and exactly how they charge their fees. Their website states that they provide an individual quote based on the amount of negative items you have on your credit reports.
At the time of this writing, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) reports an “F” rating for Trinity credit Solutions and they currently have 29 complaints filed with the BBB in the last 36 months (12 of which were in the last 12 months). This is a high number of complaints and should be a warning sign to consumers who are considering their services. A Google search for complaints against Trinity revealed that Trinity Credit Services is a company name that seems to come up often in complaints about the credit repair services industry. Keep in mind that consumers tend to only complain after they have tried to get things resolved with the company directly. This tells us that the company may not provide an acceptable level of customer service to support their program.
Overall, given the number and type of complaints, we feel their are far superior companies that deliver credit report repair.

We went to this company in July of 2008 for my husband – we were trying to buy a house- Eric Norton promised that he would fix my husband credit and dramatically increase his scores – thru out the process until November 2008 we never saw any increase in my husband credit – we got the house but it was my credit that was used- then our case got passed to Patrick Butler – the top notch manager of the company – in december they continue to lie and make promises- in Januaray or February they offered to extend our case and try to fix his credit – They’ve had our info since July of 2008- if you havent fixed anything then what difference would it have made in February 2009- In the beginning we were promised to get a refund if no changes were made within 3 to 6 months. When it was time to admit that they could not fall thru and fix his credit they continue to dip and dodge making up all kind of excuses. So when we filed a complaint to the BBB – Mr Butler cowards up and says that it was out his hands and there was nothing else he could do- These people got away with $900 and lied to us. I will make sure that every comsumer complaint source will have a record about Trinity Credit Services
Given the number and type of complaints about Trinity Credit Services, we are rating the company low. There are much better companies to choose from for credit repair services.
As you can see from the comment above, this company seems to attract complaints. The one above was submitted before we even finished our review.
I was completely dissatisfied with their program, its the worst credit service repair service ever. The main reason is because they were very polite and returned calls during my prospecting stage when i was deciding what service to use.
Once i paid the $900 that was it . customer service score 0, no follow up to show progress. After the whole program nobody called to even check on my status.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PRACTICALLY DID NOTHING FOR ME , MY CREDIT SCORE REMAINED THE SAME.
THE USE THE SAME DISPUTE LETTERS YOU CAN GOOGLE ON THE WEB YOURSELF, NOTHING CUSTOMIZED.
I REGRET EVER USING THEM AND WILL MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEIR USELESSS SERVICE
I have no complaints about Trinity Credit Services.
My credit was really bad and my score increased to the mid 700s.
With that huge increase, I was able to get my house refinanced
at 4.9% which saves me $250/month. Trinity Credit Services
did an excellent job for me.
Durning the courting period Trinity Credit Service was very nice. I paid them $700 and after FIVE months only FOUR items were removed off my report and the process is SIX months. After, I send email asking for status my account rep became upset. VERY UNprofessional!!! Please DONT USE this service. I will be filing a complaint

I just talked to this company; they were very nicely asking me to pay them $2000; but I don’t understand how they can remove items from your credit report if they really are legit. However, I do have items on my report that are not mine, and those I would like removed. Has anyone had any luck removing items on their own???

$2000 is a lot of money to give to a company for credit repair. Keep in mind that with any credit repair company, you will still have to do at least 1/2 the work yourself.

Trinity Credit Services are crooks. They relieved me of $470 before I realized I was being scammed. They NEVER sent out the initial letters to creditors. I waited and waited for responses and called them and they told me to be patient. Well after 60 days I figured out that they never sent out the letters. I stopped all future payments. They would not refund the $470. Trinity Credit Services is located in both Texas and Simi Valley. Seems they took enough people to the cleaners to open up a new office. Trinity Credit Services is a rip off, scam and this is a bad review.
