From their website, it is hard to tell exactly what their business model is and exactly how they charge their fees. Their website states that they provide an individual quote based on the amount of negative items you have on your credit reports.

At the time of this writing, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) reports an “F” rating for Trinity credit Solutions and they currently have 29 complaints filed with the BBB in the last 36 months (12 of which were in the last 12 months). This is a high number of complaints and should be a warning sign to consumers who are considering their services. A Google search for complaints against Trinity revealed that Trinity Credit Services is a company name that seems to come up often in complaints about the credit repair services industry. Keep in mind that consumers tend to only complain after they have tried to get things resolved with the company directly. This tells us that the company may not provide an acceptable level of customer service to support their program.

Overall, given the number and type of complaints, we feel their are far superior companies that deliver credit report repair.
