I retained eCreditAttorney 6 months ago. I had confidence that their service would work. However, I was wrong. At the end of my 6th month I sent them an email and told them I was dissapointed with their service and I didn’t feel like I got my monies worth. Essentially only one deletion happened with Transunion which was great, but wasn’t worth the $180+ that I paid over the span of 6 months. So in the email I asked them to cancel my account and not bill my credit card. A couple hours later, I got a response from them saying that 6 accounts had been addressed. Even if they sent out 6 letters, $180 is still a hell of alot of money.

This morning I checked my checking account to find out that they charged my checking account again. Seriously? I called, received no answer, left a voicemail. Sent an email. No response. Now filing a complaint with the Orange County DA and the BBB.

Be cautious when doing business with this company. They will screw you.

They do not answer calls/emails let alone make any headway on repairing your credit.

This company suck, they do not never answer the phone. I have had them from 6 months and nothing has changed on my report.I called them 4 months ago for a refund and I was told I have to wait 6 months.

money making company takes your money to expect until 7 months or more if they provide results.

I have been paying ecredit for about 5 months. I have not had any results! I can’t get anyone on the phone or even repsond to my calls. They have a money back guarantee that I’m trying to activate since they have poor customer service and NO RESULTS! My fiance is also experiencing the same from them!! I should have taken heed to the reviews I read prior to hiring them. No answering of phones seem to be the status quo!

I have been paying these guys for 4 months and nothing has changed on my credit report yet. I call and no ones gets back to me, I send an email and they respond as if they are brain dead.

I have contacted ecreditattorney for 2 days now, I cant get anybody on the phone, their answering machine says leave a message and we will promptly get back with you. Why want they answer, so I called back and picked option one as a new customer and they answered. Who is in charge? Don’t you care about how the public see’s you, once they have your money, you are just a number, I don’t know what to expect with my credit repair, I will give it 3 months and see.

I have contacted ecreditattorney 3 days, no one will answer the phone they tell you to leave a detailed message, and they will get back to you right away, define right away, what kind of business want even answer the phone. They only answer if you say I am looking to join your outfit, then they answer.
