DSI Solutions Review
DSI Solutions AKA repairbad-credit.com has been in business since 2001, providing credit repair services to the public. DSI provides a money back, satisfaction guarantee on their services plus an additional $50 if the client doesn’t see a definite improvement in their credit after using the program. They have confidence that their service will significantly improve their client’s credit report and additionally raise the credit score.
DSI Solutions also boasts that they provide clients with their starting credit scores from all three of the credit reporting agencies for free. Free credit scores are definitely a perk from this credit repair service, but not a deciding factor. After additional research, I found that DSI Solutions claims to have “a perfect record with the BBB,” which is untrue. Not only were there multiple “DSI Solutions” company pages for credit repair services on the Better Business Bureau site, but each had an F rating, one with 7 complaints and one with 9 — far from perfect. Reading through the FAQ, I found that they only provide service for up to 6 months and that there are different (and a little confusing) payment options. While they do provide a lot of information about their services and have a guarantee on their work, I wonder how much they “exaggerative” how well their service works (based on what they said about the BBB).
